QA Engineer

1.Establish, document, maintain and continually improve the quality management system
2.Insulation foam line:Working closely with Technical & Manufacturing team setting up the Manufacturing and Product Specification (including packing material)
PET line: Working closely with Global Marketing and Local Manufacturing team setting up the Product Specification (including Extrusion board, Welded blocks, and packing material).
3. Managing Product QA process, including the standard and procedure.
4. Responsible for incoming metarial control, including supplier complaint
5. Ensure that final product is inspected per sampling plan and released per requirement
6. Ensure that nonconforming product is identified and controlled to prevent intended use or delivery. Lead effort to identify root cause of nonconformity and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence
7. Monitor, analyze and report on line QC data for both Insulation foam line & PET line
8. Handle customer complaint and ensure customer satisfaction
9. Support ISO 14001,45001 management. Lead internal and external audit.
10. Take lead to manage TAAC lab and customer visit
11. Lead WAM Q&PC pillar to implement Q&PC projects and promote Q&PC tools usage in the plant
12. Lead Laboratory establishment from launch and maintain/optimize the procedure of testing.Testing results analysis and provide the Certification of Analysis to customer base on requirements.
Job requirements：
1. Bechlor degree or above,major in chemical, industrial engineering or related major
2. At least 5 years experience in quality management;
3. Proficent in quality management system; skilled in quality management and data analysis tools, including 8D, seven quality tools,SPC, FMEA; experience in six simga and lean manufacturing。
4. Skilled in word, excel and powerpoint;
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English

4. 负责来料控制，包括供应商投诉
5. 确保最终产品按抽样计划检验并按要求放行
6. 确保不合格品得到识别和控制，以防止预期使用或交付。领导工作，找出不符合的根本原因，并实施纠正措施，防止再次发生
7. 监控，分析和报告绝缘泡沫线和PET线的质量数据
8. 处理客户投诉，确保客户满意
9.支持ISO 14001,45001管理。领导内部和外部审计。
10.领导管理TAAC实验室和客户访问
11. 领导WAM Q&PC支柱实施Q&PC项目，并在工厂推广Q&PC工具的使用
12.领导实验室建立并维护/优化测试程序。对测试结果进行分析，并根据客户要求提供分析证明。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，化工、工业工程等相关专业
2. 5年以上质量管理经验；
3. 精通质量管理体系；熟练使用质量管理和数据分析工具，包括8D、七大质量工具、SPC、FMEA；有6个simga和精益生产的经验。
4.熟练使用word、excel、powerpoint；
