职位描述
1、实施新材料、新产品、新技术革新课题的研究和开发验证； 2、根据公司和新项目需求，实施新供方的开发； 3、通过与客户/供方的技术沟通，解决开发过程中的各类问题； 4、依据IATF16949，实施新项目开发和管理，确保项目各阶段QCD目标达成。
任职要求：
1、材料专业或设计专业，具备丰富的材料和设计经验； 2、熟练使用绘图软件，OFFICE办公软件； 3、英语四级及以上水平； 4、逻辑清晰，有较强的沟通力、理解力和执行力； 5、5年以上汽车行业产品设计或项目开发经验； 6、熟悉汽车内饰产品开发者，优先考虑； 7、熟悉纤维材料，复合工艺者，优先考虑。
