1. 全面了解公司商险业务险种及承保政策要求，努力拓展商险业务；
2. 主动开发和维护客户，积极拓展业务渠道，深挖客户需求，开发潜在客户，确保完成个人业绩指标；
3. 努力拓展业务，管控业务品质，以确保部门利润指标的达成；
4. 与团队成员密切合作，共同完成团队目标；
5. 积极参与公司及部门内部事务，确保各项工作有效落实；
6. 参加公司相关业务培训，提升个人销售技能和产能；
7. 严格遵守法律法规和公司规章制度。
任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，保险等相关专业优先；
2.具有一定的财产保险行业相关工作经验；
3.具有良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力；
4.具有较强的学习钻研和解决问题的能力；
5.工作积极，有责任心，具备较强的抗压能力；
6.能够熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；
7.英语熟练，具有独立英语办公能力。
