主要工作职责:
Project support, including supporting the progress of the project, collecting and organizing project data for archiving, and supporting the internal approval process of the project, etc.项目支持,包括支持项目进展、收集整理项目数据并存档,支持项目内部审批流程等;
Support internal and external team meetings and organize internal team meetings, including tasks such as meeting approval, procurement processes, on-site support, and the payment and reimbursement of meeting expenses, etc., to ensure compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).支持团队内外部会议以及组织团队内部会议,包括会议审批、采购流程、现场支持及会议费支付报销等工作,确保符合公司SOP;
Filing相关团队文件的审批流和归档;
Other administrative work as assigned 其它协调并支持办公行政工作
教育及技能要求
Education:
• Bachelor degree or above.
学士学位或以上。
Experience & knowledge:
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales administration in pharmaceutical or related industry.
至少有两年的制药或相关行业类似职位的从业经验。
• Enthusiastic and responsible attitude toward works.
工作态度热情、有责任感。
• Well-organized and detailed-oriented.
良好的组织能力,关注细节。
• Customer service-oriented.
