Responsibilities ● Work closely within the multidisciplinary AIDD team, along with experts in bioinformatics, cheminformatics, digital automation, and infrastructure. ● Design, develop, and maintain agentic workflows and multi-agent platforms to automate and enhance scientific research tasks. ● Leverage and evaluate the advanced LLM's capabilities over complex scientific data, protocols, and literature. ● Integrate various internal and external data sources, APIs, and computational tools into the agent platform through MCP and RAG systems. ● Communicate with drug discovery scientists (end-users) to iteratively improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the developed agents and platforms. Requirements ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics); prior work experience is highly preferred. ● Demonstrated strong interest and hands-on proficiency in developing AI agents, LLM applications, or multi-agent systems. ● Experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Dify). ● Experience with prompt and context engineering. ● Foundational knowledge of biological or chemical concepts or experience in applying agentic systems for biomedical or drug discovery. ● Knowledge of data infrastructure is a plus. ● A user-centric mindset with business sense to understand and address core research needs. ● Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a cross-functional technical team and engaging with scientific stakeholders.
