Senior Warehouse Specialist【base临港】

【工作内容】
• 根据批准的程序，及时、无差错地执行与物料接收、储存、盘库、拣货，分发/调度、打包，发货、跟踪运输等相关的实操活动。
Perform activities related to material receiving, storing, cycle counting, picking, issuing/dispatching, packing, shipping, tracking transportation and delivery in timely and error-free manner in accordance to approved procedure.
• 确保进行定期循环和特殊库存盘点，并将账面库存与实物库存进行对账。
Ensures that periodic cycle and special inventory counts are carried out and book inventories with physical stock are reconciled.
• 负责仓库的内务管理。确保保持高的内务管理标准。
Responsible for the housekeeping of the warehouse. Ensures that high housekeeping standards are maintained.
• 确保仓库所有的操作遵循并遵守文件化的流程、程序和内部质量管理体系。
Ensures all warehouse operation follows, and adhere to documented processes, procedures and internal Quality Management System.
• 确保仓库文件准确填写并符合既定程序。
Ensures warehouse documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
• 确保所有活动符合道德标准和内部质量管理体系。
Ensures all the activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
• 定期向仓库负责人提供仓库交易和活动的统计数据和报告。
Provides peridoc statistics and reports on warehouse transactions and activities to the lead.
【任职要求】
1. 专业知识Specific knowledge
• 五年以上仓库实际操作和运营经验 Minimum 5 years experience of warehouse daily operation
• 在仓库和物流有一定的专业知识 Knowledge on warehouse and logistics area
• 熟悉SAP系统和操作。如果有SAP MM及SD模块关键用户经验更好。 Be family with SAP knowledge, SAP operation. Key user experience for SAP MM and SD module is preferred
• 熟悉GMP，熟悉质量控制流程 Be familiar with GMP and quality control processes

学位 DEGREE:
理工类本科以上
5 年以上医疗行业工作经验 More than 5 year working experiences in medical device or healthcare industry
语言LANGUAGES:
能用英文基本的书写，口语能力佳优先考虑 Basic level in written and spoken English is preferred.
专业系统SPECIFIC SYSTEMS:
物流相关专业更好 Logistics preferred
证书与技能
具备常用物料搬运设备的操作技能(电动托盘车，高位拣货车等)及相应证书(叉车证)
Operational skills for commonly used material handling equipment (electric pallet forklift, high-level picker, etc.) and corresponding certificates (forklift license)
