Qlar Japan is a subsidiary of Qlar GmbH, formerly known as the Schenck Process Group, and is located in Tsukuba, Ibaraki-Ken. The office is about 12 min. walk from the nearest train station (Tsukuba Express station), which can easily be accessed from Tokyo.
Qlar Japan serves our customers primarily in the power industry, but are also expanding into other industries, such as cement, steel, plastics, chemicals, etc.
Job Description：
We are looking for a very highly motivated individual to join our Operations team. This person will be primarily responsible for quality, inspection and project related tasks
The ideal candidate has high-technical aptitude and is a forward-thinker and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. This position may require some travels.
Responsibilities：
・Product inspection and quality control
・ISO quality management
・Project and schedule management
・Process improvement analysis
・Special projects: ESG initiatives, data analysis and other projects as
assigned
Qualifications：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, but not a must
Language skills: Japanese business level, conversational English
3 years of work experience is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
