MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标
- Drawing archiving and organization.
- Drawing and BOM change management and release/distribution.
- Sales Order file management: check completeness and archive/store accordingly.
- R&D expenses (super-deduction) documentation.
- SAP: batch material number creation; create numbers in SAP after the 2nd OA approval round.
- Web shop support.
- Standardization: gradually standardize fasteners.
- SAP: third-party materials.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求
- Undergraduate 大学本科在读生
- Mechanical related major will be a plus机械相关专业优先
Knowledge / Skills知识和技能
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office etc.
- Be good at English in special mechanical knowledge and communication skills would be a plus
- Team working
