工作职责要求：
1. 消息中台产品功能落地
统一消息配置、管控、引擎的产品方案设计，包括：消息触达配置、消息模板、消息审批、管控规则配置、审批等模块。
2.消息分类分级
制定统一的消息分类分级标准并推广至BU，为消息统一管控和运营提供基准；
3.跨BU协同
与各专业公司对接，打通统一消息和管控体系，提升中台覆盖度和应用量级；
任职资格：
基础条件
● 本科及以上学历，3-5年互联网/金融科技/大型企业产品经理经验。
● 有中后台产品（消息推送系统、权益系统、营销平台等）经验者优先。
专业能力
● 产品基本功扎实：熟练撰写PRD、绘制原型图，能清晰表达流程、逻辑。
● 消息领域理解：了解App推送基本概念（厂商通道、用户授权、防打扰控频等），有消息系统或通知系统设计经验者优先。
● 权益领域理解：熟悉卡券/积分/会员等基本权益形态，了解权益发放、核销、库存管理等常见产品逻辑。
● 项目推动能力：能独立跟进跨部门项目（涉及多BU、多技术团队），识别关键路径与风险，推动按时上线。
软性素质
● 逻辑清晰：能快速理解复杂的跨业务场景，并抽象为可落地的产品规则。
● 沟通协调：能与各BU产品、运营、开发有效沟通，在集团统一目标下推动多方达成共识。
● 抗压能力：能适应快节奏、多线程的工作环境，具备较强的执行力。
