钣金工艺冲压工艺金属制品业通用设备制造
1. 编制、维护及应用12轴折弯机的CNC 程序（倍福）
Creation, maintenance, adaption of CNC program for 12 axis bender (Beckhoff CNC control)
2. 编制、维护及应用3-D激光折的CNC 程序（通快）
Creation, maintenance and adaption of CNC program for 3-D laser cutting machine (Trumpf)
3. 编制、维护及应用ABB 机械手的CNC 程序
Creation, maintenance and adaption of ABB robot CNC program
4. 培训和支持生产操作调试员；
Train and assist production operators.
5.开发并设计图纸，包括:折弯模具、工装夹具等等
Designing and setup tooling drawing, include: BD tooling \ fixture etc.
6.设计激光夹具、检具等
Design of new laser fixtures.
7. 熟悉生产过程的管理:
Familiar with production process management:
o 质量意识、质量把控、质量应用
o Quality awareness, quality control, quality application
o 设备预防性维护保养，备品备件情况
o preventive maintenance, spare part
8. 技术支持销售沟通客户
Fill up the gap between customer expectations (quality / process ) and the production engineering
9. 负责B&L环境因素的识别、评价、控制
Responsible for identifying, evaluating and controlling department environmental factors
10.负责B&L环保、安全、职业卫生体系的运行和管理
Responsible for department EHS system operation and management

任职资格：
1.At least 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Design & Manufacture and Automation
至少3年的机械设计制造与自动化
2.Mechanical Engineer, bachelor / Master degree, high knowhow level of metal forming applications (both theoretical as practical experience).
机械工程师，学士/硕士 学位, 很好的金属成型知识水平（理论及实践）
3.Very well trained in
o 2-D design (Autocad)
o 3-D design (preference to Autodesk Inventor)
( additional training will be organized if required)
需要被培训的技能 拥有专业技能：
o 2-D 设计 (Autocad)
o 3-D 设计 (首选 Autodesk Inventor)
4.有与质量标准相关的只是基础（几何尺寸及公差的测量、设定）
• Familiar with Quality core tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP
熟悉质量核心工具，比如:APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP
5.Proficient in reading and writing English,able to communicate with international colleagues in Europe and USA

任职资格：
