人事行政专员

工作职责Job Responsibilities：
1. 协助人事经理处理全周期员工关系事务，包括考勤管理、入离职手续办理等。
Assist HR Manager in full-cycle employee relations, including attendance tracking, onboarding / offboarding procedures, etc.
2. 根据招聘计划精准推进：简历筛选 → 电话邀约 → 面试协调 → 流程跟进，确保招聘目标高效达成。
Handle hiring process against recruitment plans: resume screening → phone screening → interview coordination → feedback/follow-up, ensuring timely delivery of hiring targets.
3. 协助组织员工的入职培训，跟进培训落地、效果反馈和资料归档。
Assist in organizing employee onboarding training, follow up on training implementation, feedback on effectiveness, and document archiving.
4. 办公室日常行政物资管理以及行政费用的申请和报销。
Oversee daily office supplies procurement, inventory management, and distribution; handle administrative expense applications, reimbursement verification, and ledger maintenance
5. 团建活动/会议准备和后勤协助。
Lead team-building event planning and on-site execution; manage pre-meeting preparation, in-session logistics support, and post-meeting wrap-up
6. 领导交付的其他相关工作。
Respond efficiently to additional tasks assigned by leadership to ensure smooth departmental operations
岗位要求Requirements：
1. 大专及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，有行政/人力资源相关工作经验者优先
College degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience, and relevant administrative/human resources work experience is preferred.
2. 善于沟通，工作认真负责细致，形象气质佳
Good communication skills, conscientious and meticulous work attitude, and good image and temperament.
3. 能熟练使用office办公软件
Proficient in using office software.
4. 能够在压力下，独立工作和团队协作
Able to work independently and collaborate in a team under pressure.
5. 英语六级或同等能力及以上
English level 6 or equivalent or above
