业务职责: 1、负责内部研发项目的靶点评估立项,竞争力分析,项目实施,问题解决以及数据整理汇总。 Responsible for internal project evaluation, competitiveness analysis, project implementation, trouble shooting and data summary. 2、负责抗体药物发现整合业务售前评估,大客户项目管理,沟通和trouble shooting。 Responsible for integrated project evaluation, management, customer communication and trouble shooting for Key Accounts. 3、及时追踪行业热点与竞争对手管线情况,制定并更新差异化的药物发现策略。 Track industry news and competitor pipeline in a timely manner, develop and update differentiated drug discovery strategies. 4、协助部门领导及商务/市场部门推广抗体药物发现服务。 Work with Senior Managers and BD/MKT teams to promote Drug Discovery services. 5、了解ADD相关服务市场需求和竞争对手公司服务内容,对现有服务包裹进行优化和升级。 Deep understanding of market needs and competitors, lead the optimization and upgrading of current service package. 6、质量合规职责 从事GxP活动的岗位 Quality Compliance Responsibilities For GxP positions 7、配合QA部门贯彻执行PAC (Phase Appropriate Compliance) Collaborate with QA team to apply PAC (Phase Appropriate Compliance) 任职资格: 1、教育背景: Education background: 免疫学,生物技术或相关学科博士学位. PhD in immunology, biotechnology, or related discipline. 2、工作经验: Work experience: (GxP work experience is required for GxP related activities) 优先选择具有抗体药物开发的工业经验. Industry experience in antibody drug development strongly preferred. 3、能力与技能: Ability and skills: 具有如下领域之一的专业背景:杂交瘤抗体发现,噬菌体文库抗体筛选,抗体人源化/亲和力成熟等工程改造,抗体体内/外活性评估. Experience in one of the following fields: Antibody generation by hybridoma, antibody generation by phage display, antibody engineering such as humanization/affinity maturation, in vitro/vivo antibody efficacy evaluation. 4、抗体发现项目管理或团队管理经验. Experience in project management for antibody discovery project. 5、英语听说流利. Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
