What you will do
• Plan, solution analyze, develop and test Custom Adaptations for Ericsson Product in lab and
customer commercial environment.
• Run integration and acceptance test cases, perform pre-checks/post-checks, analyze KPIs and
alarms to ensure smooth, low-risk change implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ENM CA issues, contributing to Root Cause Analysis and corrective
actions when needed.
• Use ENM CLI/tools and scripting (e.g. shell/Python/AMOS) to automate recurrent tasks and
improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like Solution Architects, Customer Project
Managers, DSF Project Managers and customer technical teams to secure on-time, high-quality
deliveries.
You will bring
• 2+ years of JAVA/Python development experience, with solid coding skills and good
programming practices.
• Proficient in concurrent programming models such as multithreading, multiprocessing.
• Proficient in mainstream web frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI (Python Tech Stack)
or Springboot, MyBatis (JAVA Tech Stack).
• Familiarity with developing REST APIs.
• Understanding of the use cases and basic principles of common middleware such as Redis and
message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Proficient in Git/GitLab-based code version control and team collaboration, with hands-on
experience in branch/workflow models and pipeline-based development processes including
build, test and deployment.
• Skilled in using Vibe Coding tools for code development, refactoring, and optimization, with the
ability to ensure the quality and usability of generated code.
• Practical skills in Linux (RHEL/SLES), virtualization and/or cloud (for example OpenStack,
Kubernetes), relational databases (for example PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL), containers (Docker
or similar), monitoring/logging tools, and automation scripting (shell and/or Python).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a high sense of ownership and
customer focus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in English, comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams
Better to have
• Proficient in using GenAI APIs for application development, with experience in AI Agent
development. Skilled in building RAG applications and capable of prompt optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation, configuration management,
application deployment, and operational workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience in C++ development.
• Proficient in UI development using Angular and TypeScript.
• Proficient in developing automation test scripts using Robot Framework.
• Proficient in scripting development using Groovy.
Additional Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software, Computer Science, Information Technology or
equivalent proven experience.
• Ability to work in change windows (evenings, weekends and public holidays) according to
customer maintenance schedules when required.
