POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Responsible for monthly financial reports, quarterly forecast and yearly budget package, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述
• Responsible for consolidation report for monthly financial report, flash report, working capital and Capex of regional level.
• Analyze the variance and operation results by Act vs. Forecast, Act vs. Plan, YoY comparison.
• Assist in monthly closing e.g., CM analysis report, Consolidate Intercompany Sales & COGS and OneStream / Hyperion Financial Management, etc.
• Prepare the Budget and Forecast package on time.
• Consolidate process and template improvement for accurate forecasting and planning.
• Coordinate with plant finance team to make sure financial report package delivery on time and corporate guideline are in place.
• Implement digitalization projects.
• Control Internal process to ensure follow up company concern and internal audit requirement.
• Other ad hoc financial analysis or project support.
QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Finance or related.
• 5 years FP&A experience in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, solid digitalization skills.
• Excellent knowledge of OneStream / Hyperion and excellent excel skills. SAP experience is a plus.
• Superior data orientated, good overview, result driven, self-motivated, problem-solving, pressure resistance and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
