Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
l Responsible for managing the facade works
l Supervise the contractors to complete the construction of the projects
l Coordinate the design, construction and cost related works
Major Tasks and Activities:
l Responsible for the management, coordination, progresses, quality and cost control of the project issues related to façade
l Responsible for the coordination of the project management issues related
to the façade, from the acquisition of the façade permit to the project completion period
l Responsible for reviewing the tender drawings, construction drawings, shop
drawings, and providing drawing approval comments to the relevant departments and follow-up the reply, to ensure adherence to the
original design briefs
l Responsible for preparing, implementing and regularly updating the detailed
construction master programme (including but not limited to the special/phased schedule) according to the overall project programme plan, to ensure the overall project is completed in accordance with target construction date
l Assist to manage the tendering and selection processes for the appointment of consultants and contractors, as well as manage and monitor the performance of consultants and contractors to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budgets and comply with the project requirement
l Resposible for resouce management, including manpower, machanical arrangement, material and equipment, and project timeline
l Assist to manage related budget and payment, cooradiniate with tendering
and design departments
l Manage general contractors to ensure consrtuction goes smoothly on site
l Responsible for the change order reviewing and conformation
l Coordination with the design, contract and other related departments
l Preapre facage related documents and reports
l Arrange the project rennovation, handover and facility, and maintainance works within the warranty period
l Any other duties assigned by the Team Leader 
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree or above, architecture or civil engineering related major is preferred
l Minimum 15 years of related experience in façade management, commercial complex project management experience is preferred
l Experice in the management of facade companies, i.e. Yuanda, Jianghe, or facade consultant companies
l Strong team communication and collaboration skills, severe and diligent work attitude
l Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
l Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is preferred
