产品研发工程师-连铸辊焊接工艺

岗位职责Job Responsibility：
1、跟踪堆焊辊及相关产品表面处理工艺&材料的开发，提高产品的综合竞争力及附加值。
Monitor advancements in cladding rolls and surface engineering technologies to boost product competitiveness and value.
2、关注客户痛点及市场发展趋势，跟进市场新材料、新技术发展，推进针对性的改善项目，定期更新状态形成书面报告。
Focus on customer pain points and market trends, track new materials and technologies, drive targeted improvements, and deliver regular written reports.
3、协同总部及本地公司，对接高校、科研机构、生态链合作伙伴以及集团其他业务单元推进新技术研发。
Collaborate across HQ, local teams, and external partners to drive new technology development."
4、支持项目及现场服务团队，协同总部、生产、设计部门进行质量问题分析、改进措施制定、跟踪。
Support project and site teams in quality analysis and improvement, collaborating with HQ, production, and design teams.
5、配合采购部门，根据产品需求开发战略需求供应商。
Work with procurement to build strategic supplier partnerships based on product needs.
6、支持生产部门，跟踪材料及工艺应用的标准化及改善并形成标准记录、发布。
Support production in standardizing and improving material/process use, with documented standards released.
任职要求 Job Requirement：
1、本科及以上学历，金属材料，焊接相关专业
A bachelor’s degree or higher in metallic materials or a welding-related field is required.
2、表面处理技术（堆焊，热喷涂等）经验5年以上，具备焊接理论知识，熟悉焊丝&焊剂及粉末等不同焊材及其焊接工艺的特点。对市场上相关技术的发展水平有一定了解。
5+ years in surface engineering (e.g., weld overlay, thermal spraying). Strong welding theory background. Proficient in welding wires, fluxes, powders, and associated processes. Knowledgeable about market trends in related technologies.
3、了解连铸、长材&板带轧线生产线的运行原理及各部分的基本功能和特点
Possesses a solid understanding of the operating principles of continuous casting and both long product and flat rolling mills, along with the fundamental functions and characteristics of key equipment components.
4、具备数据分析能力，能够根据产品及工艺具体情况进行实验设计及数据的处理分析，支持产品的改进。
Skilled in data analysis and experimental design tailored to product and process needs, driving data-backed product improvements.
5、具有一定的协调和项目管理能力，能够推进研发测试项目在生产环节及现场的落实和实施
Capable of coordinating and managing projects, with proven ability to drive R&D test implementations in production and on-site environments.
6、具有较好的英语水平，具备口语及书面交流汇报能力
Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate effectively in meetings and emails.
7、熟练使用office办公软件，能够熟练阅读机械工程图纸
Skilled in Office software and proficient in reading mechanical drawings.
