Role Purpose:
Develop,deploy, and evaluate marketing and insight‑driven tools that accelerate volume and profit growth across domestic and international B2B markets.
Lead cross‑functional projects that deliver new product assets, customer applications, and commercially relevant insights for stevia and other key product lines.
Main Responsibilities:
Commercial Delivery
Support delivery of volume and value objectives in core domestic and international markets.

Drive the annual marketing and insights planning process.
·
Evaluate marketing and application activities through customer acquisition, ROI, and commercial impact lenses.
·
Provide market analytics and validation to support new product launches and customer‑facing assets.
Cross‑Functional Project Leadership
·
Lead cross‑functional teams (technical, sales, regulatory) to deliver application projects and new product assets.
·
Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights for commercial and technical teams.
·
Ensure application outputs are aligned with customer requirements and support sales conversion.
Marketing Communication & Digital Performance
·
Manage the Howtian website and owned digital platforms (WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook).
·
Build and maintain the annual content and social media calendar.
·
Produce on‑ and offline marketing collateral (brochures,leaflets, microsites, product assets).
·
Plan and book media; monitor performance and optimise for customer acquisition.
Brand & Asset Management
·
Act as custodian for Howtian, SoPure, and other key brands.
·
Maintain and update the brand book and visual library.
·
Approve communication materials and ensure consistency across all geographies.
·
Provide templates, logos, and visual assets for sales, technical, and regulatory teams.
Market & Competitive
Intelligence
·
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity.
·
Convert insights into actionable recommendations for commercial, technical, and leadership teams.
·
Support new product development with market‑driven insights and validation.
External & Internal Stakeholder Management
·
Work productively with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
·
Manage internal and external projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and alignment.
·
Ensure smooth coordination with North America and other regional team members.
Event Management
·
Lead annual planning for key industry exhibitions and customer events.
·
Oversee booth design and on‑site execution to ensure strong brand presentation.
·
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver all event activities smoothly.
Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Experience & Skills Required:
·
3+ years in marketing, insights, or application‑related roles (FMCG / B2B preferred).
·
Strong digital marketing experience,particularly in China.
·
Ability to translate insights into commercial and technical value.
·
Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
·
Solid commercial and financial understanding.
Fluent in Chinese with good working English;additional languages an advantage.
