IT工程师

岗位职责：
1. Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting (网络维护与故障排除)
1.1 Proactively monitor, configure, and maintain corporate network infrastructure to ensure its uptime.
主动监控、配置和维护企业网络基础设施，确保可用性。
1.2 Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across endpoints (PCs, printers, etc.)
诊断并解决终端设备（如电脑、打印机等）的硬件/软件问题。
2. System Upgrades & Optimization (系统升级与优化)
2.1 Assess business needs and execute phased upgrades of hardware (servers, switches) and software (OS, productivity suites) with minimal disruption.
评估业务需求，分阶段升级硬件（服务器、交换机）和软件（操作系统、办公套件），最大限度减少业务中断。
2.2 Document technical specifications and post-implementation performance metrics.
记录技术规范及实施后的性能指标。
3.Governance & Compliance (治理与合规)
3.1Support IT SOX audits by maintaining access logs, changing control records, and patch management documentation.
通过维护访问日志、变更控制记录和补丁管理文档，支持IT SOX审计
3.2 Assist in developing internal control frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
协助制定内部控制框架，降低运营风险。
4. Data Management & Security (数据管理与安全)
4.1 Configure enforce cybersecurity policies on servers and network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPN, VLAN, IP configuration, DNS and DHCP services
执行网络安全策略对服务器及网络基础设施（含防火墙、交换机、VPN VLAN、IP配置、DNS与DHCP服务等）执行维护操作
4.2 Understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure
具备Azure云基础设施相关经验或理解能力是必备条件
4.3 Operate and maintain Microsoft Intune and SQL Server
管理并维护 Microsoft Intune 及 SQL Server 系统
4.4 Familiar with Palo Alto firewall and Juniper mist devices will be preferred
优先考虑具备 Palo Alto 防火墙和 Juniper Mist 设备经验者
5. Ad- Hoc tasks from Up-level
管理层交待的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in computing or equivalent experience.
2. Skilled in English conversation and expression.
3. 3+ years working experience and open-minded team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
