Simulation Engineer / 仿真工程师

ey Responsibilities 主要职责
Ÿ Responsible for the structural design and verification of complete machines and component products, conducting simulation analyses in aspects such as mechanics, structure, vibration, fatigue, and temperature to ensure that product designs meet requirements, and optimizing structure and material selection;
对整机和零部件产品结构设计与验证，进行机械、结构、振动、疲劳、温度等方面的仿真分析，确保产品设计符合要求，并优化结构和材料选型；
Ÿ Use CAE simulation software to perform mechanical simulation and optimized design of products, including analyses of static strength, modality, fatigue life, and kinematics, provide suggestions for structural design improvement, optimize product structure based on simulation results, enhance performance, and ensure structural reliability;
使用CAE仿真软件进行产品的力学仿真、优化设计，包括静强度、模态、疲劳寿命、运动学等分析，提供结构设计改进建议，根据仿真结果优化产品结构，提升性能，确保结构的可靠性；
Ÿ Compile simulation reports and technical documents, establish simulation databases and standardized processes to ensure the accuracy of technical documents, participate in technical pre-research, scheme formulation, and design verification, and support the solution of technical problems in the product design and production process;
撰写仿真报告和技术文档，建立仿真资料库和标准化流程，确保技术文件准确，参与技术预研、方案制定及设计验证，支持产品设计与生产过程中的技术问题解决；
Ÿ Conduct comparative analysis between simulation results and actual test data, perform mechanical tests, material tests, vibration tests, etc., verify the accuracy of simulation models, and carry out optimization and correction according to test feedback to ensure that products meet design requirements;
对仿真结果与实际试验数据进行对比分析，进行力学测试、材料试验、振动测试等，验证仿真模型的准确性，根据试验反馈进行优化和修正，确保产品满足设计要求；
Ÿ Assist other engineering teams (such as product design and R&D teams) in product development, provide mechanical analysis and simulation support, communicate with customers or suppliers, coordinate technical issues, and provide necessary technical support;
协助其他工程团队（如产品设计、研发团队）进行产品开发，提供力学分析和仿真支持，与客户或供应商沟通，协调技术问题，提供必要的技术支持；
Ÿ Collect the information of market, laws, regulations and competitive product.
收集市场、法律法规以及竞品的信息
Ÿ Keep in touch with suppliers, research institutes, universities, participate in technical forums, investigate market competition technology and regulatory requirements, and prepare reports.
与供应商、科研机构、高校保持联系，参加技术论坛，调研市场竞争技术和法规要求，并撰写报告。
Ÿ Organize team to discuss technology trends, identify new product opportunities and exploring new applications of current product.
组织团队讨论技术趋势，识别新产品机会并探索现有产品的新应用。
Ÿ Complete other tasks assigned by manager and supervisor of R&D department完成研发部门经理和主管交办的其他任务
Ÿ Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
