工作职责: • Prospect and develop new customers on” Cables for demanding industry applications” to meet Sales Goals. • Formulate annual regional sales budget and organize the implementation of sales targets achievements. • Handle all daily issues related to sales & marketing. • Prepare & coordinate RFC (Rolling Forecast) Plan & formulate RFC adjustment plan on monthly basis. • Full responsibility in monitoring the communication with customers, and timely feedback. • Create satisfaction for new requirements for product, quality, safety & environment information from customers. • Full responsibility in recognizing and definition of product requirements, to meet technical requirements from customers and feasibility of RFQs. • Full responsibility for the accounts receivable and other team related KPIs. • Other tasks assigned by superior. • Recognize and publicize the dept. environmental factor, manage the conduct refer to environment. • 针对“工业应用电缆”领域,开拓并发展新客户,以实现销售目标。 • 制定年度区域销售预算,并组织实施销售目标的达成。 • 处理日常销售与市场相关事务。 • 准备并协调滚动预测计划,并制定月度滚动预测调整方案。 • 全面负责客户沟通跟进,确保及时反馈。 • 满足客户对产品、质量、安全及环境信息的新需求。 • 全面负责识别并明确产品需求,满足客户技术要求及询价可行性。 • 全面负责应收账款及其他团队相关关键绩效指标。 • 完成上级交办的其他任务。 • 识别并宣传部门的环境因素,管理相关行为以符合环保要求。 任职要求: University degree in Marketing, Technical or related fields. Over 5 years of sales experience in Cables for industry applications.
