Task:
1. Support the normal operation of test vehicles, and conduct preliminary diagnosis, troubleshooting and fault resolution for faulty vehicles.
2. Arrange shifts and drivers according to KPIs and issues requiring retesting, assess KPI risks to adjust shifts accordingly, track drivers' test results, and report them to the client.
3. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the ADAS system from the customer’s perspective, covering various working conditions, road surfaces and scenarios, identify issues, and provide continuous follow-up.
4. Detailed documentation of complaints in software-based reporting system and provide a detailed root cause analysis to supervisor and customer-English skills important because the Tickets must be created in English
5. Track and manage the issue list, create work orders for new problems, conduct retesting for issues that require continuous monitoring, and perform verification of existing issues after flashing the new software version. Report to the client at a fixed time every week.
6. Conduct further test with the vehicles by yourself -Prototype / Vehicle Testing Driving License
7. Collect evidence for the created issues, including traces, videos, reading reports, ADBlogs, etc., and upload them to online documents.
8. Join country wide road tests to support the technical part of vehicle testing
