Main Responsibilities: 1. Online and Offline Training Information Management l Create and maintain online & offline training courses in system l Maintain training system and online platform l Training data management
2. Pre-training Preparation l Prepare vendor/trainer with training requirements and training sessions l Set up training venue and prepare training related materials and tools, both online & offline l Coordinate training related information between trainees and vendors
3. On-site Support & Post Training l On-site support based on programs need l Training evaluation and reporting l Training recording based on programs need
4. Others l Training tools and materials management l Support budget, payment and contract management process l Other tasks assigned
Requirements: Bachelor degree or above 1-3 years working experience in HR,training operation experience preferred Be skillful at MS office in Outlook, Excel and PPT Sensitive to data Responsible, self-motivated and self-disciplined Good interpersonal & communication skills Open minded and eager to learn Team work spirit
