任职条件job qualification：
1、大学本科及以上Bachelor's degree or above木材加工、林产业学、应用化学或材料科学Wood processing, Forestry, Applied Chemistry or Materials Science
2、5年以上技术服务相关经验Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in technical service助理工程师以上职称Technical Title: Assistant Engineer or above

3、精通胶粘剂的化学原理；熟悉胶合板的生产工艺；了解产业链上下游的基本状况。Skills: Proficient in the chemical principles of adhesives; familiar with the production process of plywood; understanding of the basic situation of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
4、良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，学习能力强，抗压能力强，能长期出差 Competencies: Good teamwork spirit and communication skills; strong learning ability; strong stress resistance; able to travel long-term.
