We are one of the leading and biggest law firms in Continental Europe, interested in recruiting for our office in Shanghai a legal counsel with 4-6 years' working experience mainly in corporate and commercial legal advice.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years' relevant experience in Chinese legal advice and passed Chinese Bar;
- Expertise mainly in corporate, M&A and commercial matters;
- Expertise in employment, project financing and banking will be a plus;
- Experience in an international law firm or top Chinese law firm;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
