原代培养类器官
岗位职责:
1.Cell Culture and Quality Control: Independently perform routine maintenance, expansion, and cryopreservation of different types of cells, including 2D and 3D culture systems. Check cell marker periodically to evaluate cell differentiation status.
2.Model Characterization and Functional Validation: Comprehensively characterize the phenotype and function of differentiated cells or other cells using molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, microscopic analysis).
3.Experimental Design and Data Analysis: Independently design experiments, maintain detailed records in both Chinese and English, perform data analysis, and clearly present project reports.
4.Laboratory maintenance: participate in the daily operation, maintenance, and equipment management of laboratory.
任职要求:
1.Master's degree or Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2.Solid hands-on experience with iPSC culture, proficient in passaging, cryopreservation, and cell line establishment.
3.Practical experience in the directed differentiation of iPSCs.
4.Proficient in routine characterization techniques such as immunofluorescence staining, confocal microscopy, qRT-PCR, and flow cytometry.
5.Ability to use software like ImageJ, GraphPad Prism for image processing and data analysis.
6.Problem-solving abilities, excellent experimental habits, and clear scientific communication skills (both written and verbal).
