管理团队开发新客户酒店/民宿
岗位概述:
在区域销售总监的总体指导与监督下,负责管理团队拓展企业客户(CORP)、会议奖励旅游(MICE)业务,通过提升客户账户收入、挖掘业务线索、聚焦目标区域及对应客户群体的业务开发,达成销售目标。
具体职责:
A. 销售职能:
  1. 协助区域销售总监制定并执行年度销售活动计划,设定可量化的目标及费用预算,以达成会议奖励旅游业务的预算收入。
  2. 维护和拓展现有客户账户,同时开发新客户账户。
  3. 负责对应区域内企业客户、会议奖励旅游的业务开发工作。
  4. 依据富豪国际酒店集团(Regal)标准的客户账户管理流程,按日、周、月、年规划并管理销售团队的业绩表现。
  5. 根据目标协议提升客户账户收入。
  6. 独立规划并执行销售推广、电话营销及其他促销活动。
  7. 发掘并拓展企业客户、会议奖励旅游及旅游市场的潜在业务领域。
  8. 代表富豪国际酒店集团(RHI)参加行业展会、研讨会及各类行业活动。
  9. 开展销售分析,并执行活动及市场营销计划。
  10. 组织负责的本地及海外客户进行酒店参观考察。
  11. 完成区域销售总监交办的其他各项工作职责。
B. 营销规划职能:
  1. 协助区域销售总监制定、执行并更新与销售相关的各细分市场营销计划。
  2. 提供最新的市场信息与情报,协助区域销售总监制定精准的战略规划及房价策略规划。
  3. 确保所有与企业客户、会议奖励旅游相关的网站内容及时更新。
  4. 与各酒店的酒店销售负责人(HOS)协作,规划并开展企业客户、会议奖励旅游市场相关的营销活动。
C. 沟通职能:
  1. 协助区域销售总监充分挖掘协作、采购及市场平台的潜力。
  2. 与各酒店的酒店销售负责人(HOS)及餐饮总监保持密切、清晰的沟通,为客户提供最专业的活动管理及餐饮服务
任职要求:
工作经验
  1. 拥有 8-10 年酒店销售行业经验,其中至少5 年企业客户、会议奖励旅游及旅游市场销售经验。
  2. 深入了解国际销售市场,具备对应区域的市场经验。
  3. 具备经实践验证的销售能力及客户关系建立能力
学历要求
  1. 持有酒店管理或相关专业学士学位
技能要求
  1. 沟通能力出色,能够跨部门及与客户进行高效沟通。
  2. 具备出色的演示及谈判能力。
  3. 拥有问题解决能力。
  4. 具备良好的中英文书面及口语表达能力(必备条件)。
  5. 具备规划及组织能力。
  6. 能够承受工作压力并达成销售目标。

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Regional Director of Sales, responsible for his / her team in business development of Corp & MICE market by increase of account-revenues, pursuing business leads, focusing on generating business from responsible territories Corp & MICE accounts.
Duties & responsibilities
A. Sales Functions
1. Assists Regional Director of Sales to develop and implement annual sales activity Plan with measurable targets and expense budget to achieve budgeted MICE revenue.
2. Management and development existing accounts as well as acquisition of new accounts
3. Business development of CORP & MICE market in respective region.
4. Plans and manages the sales team performance according to Account Management procedures adhering with Regal standards on daily weekly, monthly & annual basis.
5. Increase of account-revenues according to target agreements
6. Independent planning & execution of sales drives, telemarketing & other sales promotion activities
7. Identify and develop potential areas of business in CORP & MICE markets.
8. Representing RHI attending trade shows, exhibitions, fairs and workshops as well as industry events
9. Sales-analysis and implementation of activity & marketing plans
10. Conduct hotel tours to responsible local and overseas accounts.
11. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Regional Director of Sales.
B. Marketing Planning
1. Assists Regional Director of Sales to develop, implement and keep current the various segments of the marketing communication plan relating to sales.
2. By providing updated market information / intelligence to assist Regional Director of Sales to maintain an accurate strategy planning and rate strategy planning.
3. Ensure all CORP & MICE related web site content is up-to-date
4. Planning and set up of CORP & MICE related Marketing campaigns in collaboration with property HOS.
C. Communications
Assists Regional Director of Sales to exploit the full potential of working, buying and market platform.
Maintain close & clear communications with property HOS & Head of Catering deliver best professional event management & catering services to our clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (CON’T)
Experience:
1. 8-10 years’ experience in hotel sales industry with at least 5 years sales experience within CORP/MICE/Travel segments
2. Greater knowledge and overview of international sales market & experience in their respective region.
3. Proven sales and relationship building skills Qualifications:
1. Degree holder in Hospitality management or related discipline. Skills:
1. Excellent in communication with ability to communicate effectively across functions and with customers.
2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Possess problem-solving skills.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are pre-requisites.
5. Planning & organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and to meet sales target.
