供应商质量工程师 Supplier Quality Engineer

主要职责/Primary Responsibilities:



l Monitoring and evaluate suppliers’ quality performance, in charge of suppliers’ quality improvement; Manage and control key suppliers in casting and machining.

l Manage supplier quality activities per CIRCOR standard processes in sourcing function.

l Evaluate suppliers and support supplier onboarding process per commodity strategy.

l Drive Technical feasibility reviews, process reviews and create part information sheet to support sourcing projects.

l Drive sample developments process and ensure suppliers are held accountable for meeting customer, drawing and specification requirements – First Article Approvals.

l Production Process Validation and process approvals at supplier end per project plan.

l Manage supplier performance – Quality and Delivery, continuous improvement initiatives both from a strategic and tactical perspective. Handle supplier non-conformance, connect with site Quality and supplier to drive RCCA.

l Drive supplier performance improvement projects and improve supplier performance levels.

l Support New Product launch, Supplier transitions & Engineering change management processes.

l Train suppliers on best practices, CIRCOR training module like problem solving and Quality Clinic System.

l Work with internal customers (Business Units) – Quality, Engineering and Supply chain team to support sourcing transition projects and drive supplier improvements.

l Closely working with Sourcing commodity team to achieve sourcing goals.

l Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with suppliers, key stakeholders, customers, sites and category team members.

l Key metrics include: First Article Approvals, Supplier Quality – DPPM, Supplier OTD (project and production), Supplier performance metrics improvements, and support sourcing team metrics and projects.

l Take roles of incoming inspection with inspectors to meet production plan and FAI plan.

l Calibration and related skill;

l Good communication skills with ability to manage suppliers and Circor sites globally.

l Strong Problem solving skill and good analytical skill to drive continuous improvements.

l Good project management skill to manage and support sourcing transition projects.

l Good in multi-task management.



教育程度/ Education：

l Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering (BE) – Mechanical / Production / Industrial with (5 to 7 yrs for BE / 7 to 10 yrs for Diploma) experience in supplier quality / strategic sourcing function.

工作经验/ Working experience

l Experience: 3+ years’ experience in QC/QA;

l Experience with castings/mechanical components and assemblies;
