主要职责 / Primary Responsibilities:
1.Use CRM manage customer enquiry of spare parts and replacement pump.
2.Initiate and follow-up trade compliance process, obtaining from customer all relevant documentation according to company guidelines.
3.Support customer the BOM and data sheet according to provided equipment No.
4.Select the requested spare parts, or suggest the spare parts on request from customer.
5.Clarify potential delivery times with internal and external interfaces.
6.Use SAP or Q2O or manually make quotation depends on different business management.
7.Make quote for in house repair and billable field service on request from customer.
8.Prepare offers acc. To pre-delivery. For obsolete or modified products, or in case of different customer requirements, perform hydraulic selection and select the correct replacement pump. If necessary, consult and clarify with relevant BU to ensure correct selection of pump unit (for example, in case of motor selection). For deviating technical characteristics (when no 1: 1 replacement is possible) clarify the deviation with the customer
9. Work with global multiple departments to coordinate RFQ and technical issues.
10.Initiate approval process in CRM on special price request from sales team with provided reason.
11.Support customer service, sales and customers if there are any questions before or after quotation.
12.Customer/ distributor visit on request.
13. Report AM quotation periodically and calculate quote hit rate.
基本要求 / Qualifications Required:
1.3+ years above experience on aftermarket quotation or aftermarket order handling.
2.Be familiar with costing and know how to pricing under company policy.
3.Experience with equipment configuration and BOM structure.
4.Be familiar with necessary professional tools like Pump selection program, CRM, SAP.
