质量管理专业技术服务工程技术与设计服务
Role and key functions
- Proactively look for new manufacturers of valves to support business both in Europe, USA and the LATAM
- Perform full audits at the selected manufacturers of interest both the ISO based audit and a full production based one.
- Expedite on all running orders (both on material and documentation) and ensure technical compliance.
- In case of cast valves, witness the cast.
- In case of forged valves, check on correct arrival of bodies.
- Assist critical factory test such as heat treatments, pressure test, etc etc …
- Assist at Kick off Meetings at the manufacturer, inspections of running orders, be it during the production process or as final inspection. (Exact inspection scope to be defined with each order.)
- Handle firsthand any NCR from Chinese valve suppliers.
- Check critical documentation required with the order (drawings, WPS/WPQR, …). Help prepare final data books.
Profile
- Engineer
- Relevant experience at manufacturer of at least of 5 to 8 years.
- Willing to travel
- Good level of English. Any other EU language is a plus.
- Strong motivation to be part of our young valve team and proactive.
