主要工作职责Key Responsibilities:
项目开发与管理 Program Development and Management
• 设计、开发和管理一个全面的心理辅导项目,为学生提供个性化的服务
Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive school counseling program with differentiated delivery for students.
• 加强社会情感学习,强化与其他校区心理老师的合作,开发并实施一项全校范围的咨询和指导课程,并得到校区校长的认可
Develop and implement a school-wide counseling and guidance curriculum, with an emphasis on social and emotional learning in collaboration with other campus counsellors and endorsed by the campus Principal
• 积极参与设计和实施全校范围的社会情感学习课程,积极主动地满足学生的情感和社会需求
Actively contribute to designing and implementing a school-wide social-emotional learning curriculum that proactively addresses students' emotional and social needs
• 为相关学校和校园政策及流程的持续发展做出贡献
Contribute thoughtfully to the ongoing development of related school and campus policies and processes
个人和小组支持Individual and Group Support
• 以单独或小组形式支持学生发展情感和社交技能
Support students individually or in groups to develop emotional and social skills
• 为有特定需求和关注的学生提供最长达6周的单独或小组辅导
Provide individual or group counseling for students with identified needs and concerns for up to 6 consecutive weeks
• 为在二级支持名单上的学生提供为期6周的社交小组辅导
Provide Tier 2 social group counseling on a six-week cycle.
• 监督所有需要二级或三级支持的学生的入离校关怀流程
Oversee all Check-in, Check-out processes for students needing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support
• 关注小学低年级和中高年级的学生福祉领导者团队和服务小组
Oversee the Student Wellbeing leadership and service groups in lower and upper Primary School
沟通与工作坊Communication and Workshops
• 向家长和学校工作人员提供有关心理咨询项目的相关信息
Provide appropriate information to parents and school staff about the campus counseling program
• 每年举办2-4次家长工作坊;与外部资源人物保持联系,根据需要提供额外的工作坊
Conduct 2-4 parent workshops a year; liaising with external providers to provide additional workshops on a needs basis
• 提供可供员工自主选择的关于社会情感学习的工作坊
Offer optional staff workshops on social-emotional learning
• 制定策略,吸引家庭参与心理健康教育,建立家校双方共同协作促进学生福祉的社区氛围
Develop strategies to engage families in mental health education, fostering a collaborative approach to student wellbeing

Make visible within the broader school community the work of the counselling team; successes, events and achievements
• 在校长来信的“教育角”里发布相关信息
Contribute to the publication of the school’s newsletter and ‘Education Corner’ publications

Ensure that staff new to Wuding campus understand the work of the counsellor; proactively engaging and supporting
合作与支持Collaboration and Support
• 积极参与学校关于学生福祉的文件(政策、流程和手册)的持续审查和完善
Proactively contribute to the ongoing review and refinement of the school’s documentation regarding student wellbeing; policy, process and handbooks
• 协助制定和持续审查针对面临社会和情感挑战的学生的个别学习计划(ILPs)和安全返校计划
Assist with the creation and ongoing review of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and Safe Return to School Plans for students experiencing social and emotional challenges

Establish and maintain partnerships with local mental health agencies and resources to facilitate additional support for students and families.
数据管理与汇报Data Management and Reporting

Provide data to the Cohort Leaders and CLT on counseling and social groups every three weeks

Regularly analyse counseling data to assess program effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement based on outcomes

Maintain student counselling files according to school policy and process
学生监管及福祉Student Supervision and Wellbeing
• 积极主动参与和出席学校的日常活动
Be a proactive and positive presence within the flow of the school day
• 协调学生福祉领导者在午餐时间的服务,确保他们得到充分准备和适当培训
Coordinate the service of Student Wellbeing leaders during lunch breaks, ensuring they are well prepared and suitably trained

Conduct lessons in assembly as required by the government

Provide responsive support and care for students deemed necessary by the Deputy, Principal, or Head of Learning Development for 'in-school learning' after collaboration with Directors of Student Life, especially those needing additional supervision due to self-harm risks.

职位要求 Requirements:
1. 大学本科以上学历;
2. 心理学相关专业;
3. 具备2-3年以上学校工作经验;
4. 精通英语;
5. 具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神.
