Merchandiser 外贸跟单员

The company CMP Importer French multi-products (toys, lighting, decoration, kitchen items ...) is currently looking for Merchandiser in our office in Ningbo (Close to Moon lake, Zhejiang Province - China).
Position: Merchandiser
As a merchandiser, your daily work consists in following the supplies and the suppliers in a proactive way to ensure a good quality on time. You will have in charge to check and ensure the PO milestones achievements. The key of the success is to detect issues before it happens and to be able to coordinate actions to fix them in order to master the chain.
Job description:
* Checking orders milestones according to ETD on PI
* Guide & help supplier to fulfill our order requirement if necessary
* Coordinate internal and external resources to avoid delay and poor quality
* Suppliers management
* Other tasks from merchandiser team and superior management
* Coordinate with manager, customers, and other merchandisers.
Applicants profile:
* Pro-active, very well organized, enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills
* Very careful and details oriented but also big-picture visionary with ability to understand how teamwork shapes results
* Good oral and written English.
* Fast learner and willing to learn.
* Honest, responsible and hard-working especially in busy season.
* Working experience ＞ 3 years.
Working time:
* 5 days / week. National holidays + 5 days annual leave = Chinese law
Salary:
* Monthly salary to be discussed, depends on the profile.
