Project Logistics Engineer/项目物流工程师

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Trial run Customer Demand Planning:
2.Collect trial run demand from project managers and collect regularly customer demand before SOP;
3.Communicate with customer on delivery schedule;
4.Trial run Production Planning:
5.Collect tryout plan/run&rate plan from project managers;
6.make finish goods ramp up and tryout plan(assembly)
7.make Tools trial run plan(pre-production) – proper injection machine and metalizing machine
8.Communicate internally with PE, MFE, Production Logistic department to ensure production plan be closely followed;
9.Trial run Material management:
10.Release Purchase Request for new project BOM components to ensure new project SOP
11.Follow project buyer release PO to get enough material ensure tryout ;
12.Control receive material from component supplier and tools supplier ;
13.Inventory management for tryout component, WIP, and Finish goods
14.Communicate with internal logistic department to plan carry over material and components for new projects,
15.Cooperate of new project ECN related LOG;
16.Trial run/sample Delivery management:
17.Arrange samples delivery for new projects;
18.Communicate with sales, Finance to guarantee sample delivery can be invoiced to customer;
19.Cost management:
20.Control cost in material & component related new project.
21.Control expense of new projects premium freight across Project Life Cycle
22.Ensure Stock Level (Raw material, WIP, Finish good) aligned with technical standard target
23.Release Purchase Request for Finish goods packages to ensure new projects SOP.
24.Any other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.At least Junior college Degree.
2.Good command of English.
3.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
4.Good communication skills
5.Good planning and logistic theory& experience.
6.Good computer skills.
7.SAP system.
8.All relevant procedure documents for corresponding position, including QP 07-049, QP 07-056, QP 07-058, QP 07-051, etc.
9.Computer skills.
10.Technique of logistics theory & experience.
11.Logistics knowledge or Full supply chain value knowledge
12.Problem solving and analysis techniques.
13.Positive attitude and High pressure resistance
14.SAP (WM module) operation and logic knowledge
