生产效率提升成本节约流程优化项目管理
职位描述 :
- Support LCI ( LEGO Continuous Improvement) Managers on Productivity (cost saving) across departments to strive for lean manufacturing (highest quality, lowest cost, and shortest lead time) and lean management.
- Support cross-functional projects for tactics topics or productivity (as required)
- Support business problem solving
- Support the automation and digitalization journey in LCI
- Support LCI Managers/business partners with training and coaching for special groups
- Work closely with BI colleagues along the digitalization journey to better support the business needs.

职位要求:
- Actual shopfloor experience in Molding/Processing/Packing/Facilities strongly preferred with leading Productivity/Cost Saving initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related
- Experience of a minimum of 3 years of lean implementation in manufacturing
- Experience from professional project management. PMBOK certification will be an advantage
- Good partner management skills including the ability to communicate at various levels of leadership
- Good communication skills including proficient Mandarin and business English
- Experience working in multinational & multi-cultural organizations
- Proven experience from Kaizen improvement or Six Sigma improvement projects
- With practical background on BI applications supporting business digitalization.
