职位描述 :
•Manage the hydraulic system design and stand-alone components selection for all products.
•Support the team to integrate the hydraulic components as tie2/3 components such as cylinder,
Damper into the systems or other modules and responsible for hydraulic specifications which
are part of module spec.
• Responsible for layouts of hydraulic systems, such as Hydraulic circuit/calculation, Action
Sequence and hosing design, make 3D models and production drawings accordingly.
• Responsible for creating functional and technical specifications of Hydraulic components.
• Responsible for the conformity of Hydraulic external and internal regulation.
• Create detailed hydraulic drawings for parts by using CATIA or company standard CAE.
• Participate in the calibration of performance and function with Segment, electrical and software
team.
• Development of new ideas and adapt the new technology into product. Increase the modularity
concept across the segment.
• Provide the specifications and requirements for endurance and performance tests and support
the test procedure.
职位要求：
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering area required, master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hydraulic systems or components. Experience in the
construction machinery industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated technical background with understanding for engineering principles,
manufacturing process, production process, physics, and mathematics.
• Familiar with CN/EU/US standards for Hydraulic System and components
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, SAP, and CAD tools.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, German a plus.
• Build Hydraulic test platform for different kinds of projects.
• Providing the Series support for existing product portfolio and working closely with
Procurement for new opportunities in the Asia Market
• Responsible for serial support and engineering change management in above Hydraulic areas
• All other tasks assigned by management.
