Project Manager

Responsibilities include:
1、Draft, review and assess construction and architectural agreements, plans, and specifications, analyze hard cost budgets and construction schedules, etc.
2、Conduct periodic site visits to monitor that if the construction reaches DOB standard, and report construction progress.
3、Partner with architects and designers to develop construction scopes of work, and solve the problems occurred in construction
process.
4、Create estimates, budgets, timelines for project completion, and manage construction projects to ensure that milestones are met on time and under budget.
5、Ensure General Contractors deliver a high-quality product to maintain standards.
6、Proactively communicate risks and opportunities regarding construct-ability, cost, quality, and schedule concerns to internal team members.
7、Build and maintain relationships with internal team members and external vendors.
8、Provide construct-ability feedback during due diligence phase and through life of project to identify potential issues around unique building conditions.
Minimum Requirement：
1、Authorized to work in the US.
2、Bachelor's Degree and above in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
3、Construction: 3-5 years
4、Construction on site management: 3 year
5、Proven track record working on ground up residential or hospitality projects.
6、Comprehensive understanding of standard construction management procedures and ability to manage project team to ensure compliance with aid policies.
7、Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills.
8、The ability to juggle multiple priorities.
