Junior Researcher

Job description:

a)
Undertake due diligence and market information
gathering projects

b)
Conduct research in both English and Chinese

c) Perform qualitative and
quantitative data analysis

d)
Write, package, edit, and polish reports

e)
Liaise with and support the internal project
team, and communicate with external resources when required

f)
Conduct expert interview when required

Requirement:

Suitable candidates will
have excellent analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills,
and the ability to work and think through problems independently.

Previous
business/risk/security consulting, finance/auditing/writing/editorial
/journalism experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will
also have:
Ø A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Journalism, History.
Ø Excellent writing/editing
(English) and research (English and Chinese) skills
Ø Technical skills to use
software and AI tools related to data analysis and research
Ø Ability to work well with
a multi-cultural team
Ø Strong commitment to
meeting deadlines
Ø Ability to respond
quickly to changing work demands
Ø Familiarity with China
and Chinese business practices/culture and/or previous working experience in
China, preferred
Ø
Stay informed about industry trends and research
methods
Ø
Follow strict data privacy and confidentiality
