职位描述
一. Customer service management：
1, Check stock and issue daily delivery note
2, Issue normal invoice and project/samples invoice
3, Provide the shipping documents and shipping information to customer
4, Issue samples production order
5, Other work tasks arranged by department leader
Experience Requirement
1, Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for accouting or English majors.
2, More than 1 years of experience in customer service, with priority, given to work experience in the electronics and injection molding industries.
3, Strong data processing and logical analysis skills.
4,Proficient in English reading and writing and speaking, capable of handling daily,communication, proficient in using Common office software.
5, Experienced in operating SAP systems.
6, Responsible, strong communicator,highly capable problem-solver.
