Position overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Part-time/Intern, Chief of Staff to support the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Development and work closely with the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Project Management
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the planning and execution of BU special tasks, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Create project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and keep projects on track.
Business Process Optimization
• Draft flowchart of various kinds of business data, identify key stakeholders and recommend potential data analytics flamework to support management’s decision-making.
• Help streamline processes, draft BPM documents and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Communication & Collaboration
• Facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key takeaways.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
Other
• Assist the Head of Operation in preparing for meetings, drafting materials, and conducting research on key initiatives.

关键职责
内部项目管理
• 协调跨职能项目,跟踪进度并确保按时完成。
• 支持业务单元特殊任务的规划和执行,确保与公司优先事项保持一致。
• 创建项目文档,包括时间表、里程碑和关键交付成果。
• 与利益相关者合作解决挑战,确保项目按计划进行。
业务流程优化
• 绘制各种业务数据的流程图,识别关键利益相关者并推荐潜在的数据分析框架,以支持管理层的决策。
• 帮助优化流程,起草BPM文档并识别运营改进的机会。
沟通与协作
• 主持会议,包括准备议程和记录关键要点。

资格要求:
• 能熟练运用英语和普通话进行沟通

• 注重结果,能够快速学习
• 注重细节,对卓越充满热情
• 至少有2-3年相关专业工作经验
• 至少拥有一所知名大学颁发的学士学位
• 对不同类型的企业信息系统(CIS)有一定的基础知识
• 愿意根据需要前往公司所在地出差,最高可达30%。
