热处理工艺工程师

Major Responsibilities:
• Internal
and External Lead on Thermal Process related topics
• Sintering & Sinter
Hardening Steam Treating, Induction Hardening, Annealing, Batch Heat Treatment,
Tempering etc.
• Technical Lead with external Process and Equipment Suppliers
• Technical Lead for new Thermal Process development and handoff to Operations
• Technical Lead for troubleshooting and ongoing Production support

热处理工艺工程师
岗位职责：
1. 负责协调解决热处理工艺相关的内部及外部问题
2. 负责解决烧结及蒸汽、淬火、退火、回火等技术问题
3. 协调处理外部工艺及设备供应商的相关技术问题
4. 新的热处理工艺的开发以及运营部门内部的移交
5. 负责热处理工艺环节的问题排除以及为生产提供技术支持
任职要求：
1. 金属材料与热处理技术相关专业，本科及以上学历
2. 具有五年以上的相关工作经验，具备专业能力，能够对金属材料的成分、结构、性能进行深入分析
3. 粉末冶金行业制造业相关工作经验
4. 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与团队成员有效协作，解决生产中发生的技术问题
5. 英文能作为工作语言
