What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
● Set objectives and manage highly complex projects.
● Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources, including those outside direct authority.
● Actively share knowledge across multiple functions and contribute to knowledge management processes.
● Champion and implement innovative ideas.
● Assess talent needs, identify potential talent within the organization, and hold managers accountable for developing diverse teams.
● Lead teams to implement strategic direction and influence senior management decisions.
● Collaborate with major business units to integrate plans with corporate strategy and evaluate new market initiatives and business opportunities.
● Guide future strategy development, support relevant training design and delivery, and create a motivated, innovative, and engaged project team.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
● BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
● Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively lead teams
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Exceptional analytical skills, enabling interpretation of complex data and informed decision-making
● Effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
● Experience in strategic planning and project management within a complex, global environment
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
● A Master’s degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience
● Experience in sales and marketing
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
● Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
● Ability to develop a talent base of high-performing professionals and managers
● Experience in driving consistent quality standards in line with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
