2. E-learning Training System Management
• ONELEARNING Management - All courses delivered to sales, services, and parts will be assigned and recorded in ONE Learning
• A member of the study group (closely related to German infrastructure and OL development)
3. Before the start of the training peak season, the following are needed:
• Following the agreed schedule from Academy Manager, prepare and enter Items and Classes in OL. Ensure awareness of training offer in regions through clear communication methods.
Use Global Academy Items when available / localized for use to ensure Global Reporting possibilities.
• After the training, organize and analyze the relevant training information to form a training report :Including follow up process from feedback.

4. During the non-training season, various trainings in the region will be supported, statistically updated into the ONE-Learning system, and close communication with the German training center will be maintained on a regular basis.
5.Region EAST training program
• Translation management topics / document translation co-ordination
• Printing / Preparing digital materials
• Co-ordination between internal stakeholders for international visitors.
• Ensure invoicing processes are followed (internal / External).
• Carry out training.
6.Training and technical support
• Electrical Foundation、Hydraulic Foundation,、Mechanical Foundation.
• Technical training for Combine and on-field technical support.
• Overseas Business Trips and Training .

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Major: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Mechanization, Vehicle Engineering.
3. Language: Technical English as the working language.
4.3-5 years work experience( Aftersales service, product ,quality…), Have training experience（Plus point）, Has the potential for development as a trainer (including logical thinking ability, communication skills, adaptability, and patience).
