职位描述

区域销售渠道销售
1. Potential analysis: explore agricultural machinery spare parts sales opportunities via tableau, comparison of theoretical figures and actual amount, work out the sales plan;
2. Market intelligence: Collecting and feedback the market intelligence of competition, price and performance, offer pricing proposal with pricing colleague,
3. Customer data management, working with Branch service team to update the customer data quarterly, review the parts potential and sales lost rate.
4. Stock Proposal: Carrying out the inventory analysis and order proposal with dealers (RIM) offer dealers training in planning and active sales.
5. Promotion: Implement the promotion plan for dealers and customers together with Branch aftersales team.
6. Training: parts features, machine upgrade kits, commercial policy deliver to dealer and customer
7. Support After-Sales projects: Ecoline,Aftersales channel improvement etc
8. Other jobs assigned by team supervisor.
Requirements:
Education: 教育背景 :Bachelor Degree or above in major of machinery, experience with commercial and analytical is preferred
Experience: 工作经验: 5 years of work experience in spare parts section of agricultural machinery or heavy machinery
Others: 其他要求
English: Fluent in English written and spoken
IT Skills: MS office, especially, Word, Execl and PowerPoint, able to develop and hold presentations, SAP and Tableau is preferred;
Self—motivation: active approach towards the assigned tasks. OPEN personality, team spirit and active communications skills, honest
Willing to travel frequently
