Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the mass market segment 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners 3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets 4. Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Provide technical product information and solutions to customers, including application-specific recommendations 6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions 8. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field. 2.3years of sales or engineering experience in the semiconductor industry or related technical field 3. Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and market dynamics 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team 6. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%) Desired Skills 1. Experience with mass market distribution channels and retail partnerships 2. Knowledge of Industry, communication, Auto, Robot, BMS markets 3. Good English writing and speaking skills
