岗位职责:
This role supports R&D China Digital Health team building AI capacities—leveraging agentic AI approaches—to improve clinical excellence across trial planning, execution, and operations. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day delivery within an agile portfolio, supporting portfolio management activities (initiative intake, prioritization, status reporting) with team’s project managers, and rigorously tracking and documenting project details. Responsibilities include maintaining Jira boards and metrics, organizing and publishing documentation in Confluence and SharePoint, attending project meetings to capture structured notes and decisions, and ensuring traceability and compliance across the AI product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has foundational project management experience, hands-on expertise with Atlassian tools, strong documentation skills, and exposure to AI-enabled products in regulated clinical contexts.
Accountability
•Meeting Attendance and Notes: Attend project ceremonies and stakeholder meetings (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, governance forums, vendor check-ins); capture structured notes, decisions, actions, owners, and due dates; publish minutes with stakeholders and track follow-ups.
•Agile Delivery Support: Organize stand-ups, backlog refinement, set up sprint planning, and reviews; maintain clear and accurate Jira boards, epics, and issue hygiene for AI product work.
•Project Coordination: Work with team’s project managers, create and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers; track milestones and report status to stakeholders, and ensure follow-through on actions
•Vendor Communication: Support vendor engagement logistics (scheduling, deliverable tracking, governance forums) and contribute to measurable acceptance criteria aligned to clinical excellence objectives.
•Documentation Excellence: Build and maintain high-quality project documentation in Confluence/SharePoint (charters, RAID logs, decision records, SOPs, release notes, runbooks), with attention to compliance and audit readiness relevant to clinical environments.
•Quality and Traceability: Ensure traceability from business objectives to user stories, test cases, and release notes; support test planning and documenting outcomes and decisions.

Essential Skills/Experience
•2–4 years of project coordination or junior project management experience within agile teams; experience in pharmaceutical R&D or clinical operations settings is preferred.
•Experience supporting vendor governance: tracking deliverables, documenting acceptance criteria, and aligning outcomes to milestones.
•Hands-on expertise with Atlassian Jira and Confluence: backlog setup, workflows, dashboards, filters, permissions, page structuring, templates, and knowledge bases.
•Familiarity with release management practices: release notes, change logs, deployment checklists, and communication plans for AI-enabled features.
•Experience maintaining structured documentation on SharePoint/Confluence
•Solid understanding of Scrum practices; comfortable facilitating ceremonies and keeping teams aligned to sprint goals and timelines.
•Clear written and verbal communication; confident engaging diverse stakeholders across project teams.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage actions, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies in multi-stakeholder environments.
Desirable Skills/Experience
•Experience setting up Jira workflows, fields, boards, and simple automations; basic JQL proficiency for filters and reports.
•Exposure to AI/agentic AI products in pharma: familiarity with how AI-enabled tools are developed, validated, and deployed in regulated clinical workflows (e.g., data pipelines, human-in-the-loop reviews, governance checkpoints).
Education/Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, project management, or a related field.
•Agile training or certifications (e.g., Scrum fundamentals, SAFe for Teams) are a plus but not required.

•Well-maintained Jira backlogs with clear priorities, clean workflows, and reliable delivery metrics for AI initiatives.
•Consistent, discoverable project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint with version control and decision traceability suitable for audits.
