薪资福利
职位描述
1. 负责食堂西式特色档口全品类出品，独立制作各类轻食沙拉、谷物能量碗、西式咖喱、西式简餐热菜，搭配配菜、酱汁、摆盘，适配写字楼白领低脂、健康、高颜值用餐需求；
2. 熟练使用炒锅、扒炉等设备，独立炒制西式热菜、咖喱浇头、复合酱汁，把控菜品口味统一、火候稳定，每日预制油醋汁、咖喱酱、酸奶酱、意式烩汁等各类西式调味；
3. 根据每日就餐客流完成食材预处理、蔬菜清洗切配、肉类腌制、谷物预制等备货工作，合理管控食材用量，降低损耗，控制档口成本；
4. 严格遵守食品安全及食堂 6S 管理标准，做好操作台、厨具、冷藏设备日常清洁消杀，生鲜、半成品分类规范存放；
5. 配合厨师长更新西式餐单，定期上新沙拉、能量碗、咖喱类新品，高峰期快速出餐，保障白领就餐效率；
6. 每日完成原材料盘点、物料申领，做好收档清洗、设备保养、垃圾处理等收尾工作；
7. 把控成品卖相与搭配，保证餐品干净美观，提升就餐体验。
任职要求
1. 有西式简餐、轻食、西餐后厨实操经验，熟练制作各式沙拉、谷物能量碗、多款西式咖喱；
2. 具备扎实热菜炒锅实操能力，能独立炒制西式热菜、浇头、复合酱汁；
3. 有星级酒店自助餐厅、西餐自助档口从业经验者优先；
4. 熟悉轻食健康搭配逻辑，擅长清爽低脂西式餐品出品，口味稳定；
5. 持有有效健康证，熟悉餐饮后厨卫生规范、食材储存标准；
6. 手脚麻利，服从厨师长工作安排，配合固定供餐时段；
7. 有企业食堂、写字楼团餐从业经验优先。
工作时间
上午 7:30-13:00，下午 15:00-18:00（可随门店营业时间微调），周末双休。
薪资待遇
月薪税前 7500 元；包吃包住，入职缴纳社保；
享有带薪年假，法定节假日正常休息；
