薪资福利
职位描述
1. 独立负责食堂面食档全品类出品，熟练制作中式、日式、越式、西式各类粉面，涵盖意面、拉面、乌冬、河粉、米粉、拌面、汤面全系列面食；
2. 熟练使用炒锅，独立炒制中西各类浇头、汤底、酱汁，把控口味稳定，适配白领低脂、清爽、多样化用餐需求；
3. 根据写字楼午晚餐客流提前完成食材预处理、汤底熬制、酱汁预制、手工面皮 / 面条制作，合理备货，严控食材损耗与成本；
4. 负责档口厨具、炒锅、操作台、冷藏设备日常清洁消杀，食材分类规范存放，严格执行食堂 6S 管理及食品安全规范；
5. 配合厨师长更新面食菜单，定期更换中日越西不同风味新品，高峰期高效出餐，保障白领就餐时效；
6. 每日盘点档口原材料，按需申领物料，减少浪费；完成收档清洗、设备维护等收尾工作；
7. 把控成品摆盘、卖相，兼顾颜值与口味，提升白领就餐体验。
任职要求
1. 同时具备西餐、中式、日式粉面实操经验，各类风味面食、汤底、酱汁均能独立制作，优先录用；
2. 精通炒锅操作，可独立完成揉面、煮面、熬汤、炒浇头全套工序，不接受只会单一品类面点、仅加热半成品人员；
3. 熟悉白领轻餐口味，擅长清淡、低脂、多种风味搭配，出品稳定、卖相干净美观；
4. 持有有效健康证，熟悉餐饮后厨食品安全、卫生操作标准；
5. 手脚麻利，服从厨师长安排，适应食堂固定供餐时段；
6. 有食堂、团餐、从业经验优先。
工作时间
上午 7:30-13:00，下午 15:00-18:00（后续可根据门店实际营业时间微调）
周末双休，节假日休息。
薪资待遇
1. 月薪税前 7500 元，每月准时发放；
2. 包吃包住；
3. 入职缴纳社保；
4.法定节假日正常休息。
