Work closely with the project team to create product qualification plans and reports, ensuring all testing tasks are completed timely. Take ownership as the first USER of new products, analyze test results and provide clear, constructive feedback to support product development.
What You'll do

• Develop and deliver test plans and reports based on project team assignments, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with project objectives.
• Master test resource and execution with clear/defined requirements/criteria and structured protocol to implement tests reliably and timely.
• Transparent communication, delivering reliable test results, providing insights for improving product portfolio innovations/differentiation. Manage documents and keep them updated to stakeholders.
• Drive new technology introduction, by developing creative concepts and drawings for test accessories, structures and layouts. Create PR and cooperate with suppliers for further implementation.
• Continuously improve testing processes through constructive ideas and proposals, contributing to daily operation improvement.
• Share knowledge and provide training on new processes, standards, codes & regulations, and technologies to enhance team capability.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the accuracy of testing equipment, and collaborate with global testing technology teams to troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to testing systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of product applications and customer needs by job-site visits and on-site CAT support.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of innovations, technologies, and all sensitive information. Seek guidance from your supervisor whenever uncertainty arises.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills, with strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
• Strong logical thinking and positive work attitude.
• Multi-task skill, highly independent, flexibility.
