Job responsibilities
· - Works closely with various DDS backend refiling business stakeholders (Cash Operation,Markets sales and trading etc.) to support APAC Record Retention &Destruction Program.
· -Partner with LOB data Owners to identify DDS inventory list and retrieve handover form as per request.
· -Review/dispose of documents which are expired past the retention period and due for destruction.
· -Undertake Accutrac/Docvault entry governed by DDS evergreen model.
· -Perform reconciliation activities with stakeholders and produce internal MIS reports for regular update.
· -Liaise with vendor to offsite documents post internal joint review with sign off form/retraction form.
· -Establish/update Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) which include control measures and ensure the SOPs are in strict compliance with internal policies as well as governing rules.
· -Adhere to all control standards including local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities,and skills
· -Prefer 2+ years
bank/financial industry working experience in Operation with certain level of
control mindset.
· -Strong communication skill to ensure clear, consistent information delivered to stakeholders.
· -Strong project co-ordination skill to achieve pre-defined targeted timeline.
-Fluent in speaking, reading & writing skills in both English &Chinese Mandarin.
工作职责
·与各种DDS后端重新归档业务利益相关者（现金运营，市场销售和交易等）密切合作，以支持亚太地区记录保留和销毁计划。
·与LOB数据所有者合作，根据要求确定DDS库存清单并检索交接表。
·审查/处理超过保存期和应销毁的文件。
·-承担由DDS常绿模型管理的Accutrac/Docvault条目。
·-与利益相关者进行协调活动，并制作内部MIS报告进行定期更新。
·与供应商联系，完成非现场文件和内部联合审核，并附上签字表/撤回表。
·建立/更新标准操作程序（SOP），包括控制措施，并确保SOP严格符合内部政策和管理规则。
·遵守所有控制标准，包括当地法规要求和内部政策。
所需的资格、能力和技能
·2年以上工作经验优先具有一定的银行/金融行业操作经验
·较强的沟通能力，确保向利益相关者提供清晰一致的信息。
·较强的项目协调能力，能够完成预定的目标时间。
