职位描述
1. 对于种猪选配工作有一定的了解；
2. 能够熟练掌握背膘测量和种猪测定工作；
3. 将生产数据及时按照生产节律录入育种系统当中，做到准确无误；
4. 要求细心，负责人，对数据敏感；
5. 根据选留标准对测定以后的种猪进行留种。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，畜牧兽医，动物医学或动物科学专业，有猪场工作经验优先；
2. 1年以上育种工作经验优先
3. 有较强责任心，高执行力，善于沟通，能接受封闭管理驻场工作
