Sourcing Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES：
1 New supplier development and new produce
RFQ
2 Involved to the establish and implement strategic sourcing strategies to
achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance. Include OTD,PPM etc.
3 Analyze the supply chain and market
trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Cost Reduction Initiatives
4 Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing,
delivery schedules, and payment terms.
5 Collaborate with various departments, including production, technical, sales,
and quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with overall business
objectives.
6 Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the
availability of competitive prices and services.
7 Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, develop
contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Who you are:
1 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronic, or a
related field.
2 More than 5 years electronic components sourcing experience in strategic
sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
3 Extensive product knowledge and a strong
supplier base of electronic components
4 Strong negotiation and contract
management skills.
5 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6 Good work ethic
7 Full-time job. 20% travel time.
